Learn at Your Leisure
It’s easy to learn 1 or ALL 5 of the Math Pentathlon Academic Games and prerequisites online. Rent a game OR SAVE by renting or buying the complete set of Instructional Videos within a Division. The rental period lasts 1 YEAR from the date purchased, which gives both you and your Math Pentathlete(s) time to learn how to play the academic games. If you decide to purchase, you can view it anytime for as long as you want.
In addition to learning the 5 games, the viewer will benefit from:
- More in-depth understanding of the games and instructional strategies;
- Sequencing the Math Pentathlon Program using The Teaching Guides that provide effective and detailed guidance to adults who are teaching the Math Pentathlon Program;
- Curricular activities from Adventures in Problem Solving Books I & II that connect the games with club and/or classroom use;
- Related assessments from Investigations Binders I & II provide a deeper and creative focus into the multiple strategies of each game.
Each video shows how the game is played, activities that build on math concepts within each game, and some insight into strategic gameplay. Videos are rented for a year and can be viewed repeatedly during that time period. You can choose to RENT a single video for $10.95 or BUY for $15.95. You may also choose to RENT the complete set for $39.95 or BUY it for $59.95.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each purchase establishes an account for one person to access the Instructional Video(s). This account is for that person’s use only. The videos are very helpful for teaching students in clubs, classrooms, or at home.
