emailed to the appropriate link

PLEASE TITLE YOUR
PHOTOS WITH A UNIQUE NAME
(title example: student getting ready.jpg)
All pictures must be in JPEG or GIF format, with minimum size of 3
inches by 3 inches, and emailed to the appropriate link. It is the responsibility of the
individual sending the picture to ensure that all those in the picture agree to
its use on the program and Pentathlon website.
Commencing with the 2008 Mathematics Pentathlon tournaments, a PRE-PROGRAM for each division will be available online PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION. If parents desire, they may print the pre-program and bring it to the tournament. The OFFICIAL PROGRAMS can be accessed online after all tournaments have been completed. Updated information and pictures taken the day of the tournament will make this program more accurate and enjoyable to share with family, friends, and co-workers.
We are asking coaches/parents to send us a few of their best club/tournament pictures. This will allow us to create the Official Program that will be more exciting for all Pentathletes. Last year we tested this idea and the response was overwhelmingly popular. As an added benefit, this idea is also more ecologically sensitive!
The Pentathlon Institute is grateful to everyone who
submits photos and will make every attempt to include at least one of your
pictures in the Official National Tournament Program. However, some photos may not be included due to problems
with resolution, downloading, dropped emails, and other unknown conflicts.
